URGENT OR "SICK" APPOINTMENTS
If you have a medical emergency dial 911.
If your child is ill, please call our office for advice at 802-658-2320. During regular hours the phone nurse will help you decide if the child needs an office appointment or if the illness can be managed at home. After hours the answering service will contact the doctor on call to help you. If you think the child does need to be seen please try to call in the morning before 10:00. ROUTINE OR "WELL CHILD" APPOINTMENTS
All well child appointments are scheduled with your primary pediatrician. Exceptions to this may occur, for instance, in the first few weeks of a baby’s life. The following is a typical well child exam schedule:

- 1-4 days after the newborn is discharged from the hospital
- 2-4 weeks
- 6-8 weeks
- 4 months
- 6 months
- 9 months
- 12 months
- 15 months
- 18 months
- 24 months
- yearly thereafter
